Description
RPM rear A-arms for the electric versions of the Traxxas Rustler and Stampede deliver a rare combination of increased strength and reduced weight. Each RPM rear A-arm sheds more than 7 grams compared to stock, cutting an impressive 14 grams of unsprung weight with a single pair. Install RPM front A-arms as well, and total weight savings exceed 24 grams, nearly a full ounce, without sacrificing durability or rigidity.
RPM achieved this weight reduction without introducing weak points or increasing flex. These A-arms maintain the stiffness racers demand while improving suspension response and overall handling. To enhance tuning capability, RPM slightly revised the shock mount locations. The inner and outer shock positions now provide more noticeable adjustment changes, while the center shock mount remains in the stock location for easy setup transitions.
RPM engineers also tightened up the suspension where it matters most. These rear A-arms remove over 0.030″ (1/32″) of slop at the inner arm mount and more than 0.010″ (just under 1/64″) at the outer hinge pin. The result is a smoother, more precise suspension system with reduced play and improved consistency on the track or in the dirt.
RPM rear A-arms for the electric Traxxas Rustler and Stampede are molded from RPM’s ultra-durable nylon blend for long-lasting performance. Each package includes one left and one right rear A-arm and are available in black, blue, green, or red.
