Refunds

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

We will cover shipping costs to get a replacement for approved damaged or defective items back to you.

Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning items.
Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided after Your return request is approved, as items may ship from multiple locations.
We recommend using a traceable and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refunds cannot be issued without receipt of the returned item or valid proof of delivery.
