RPM Long Rod Ends deliver the same legendary strength and precision as our Heavy Duty versions while adding a longer threaded section for increased adjustment range. Whether you’re dialing in suspension geometry, fabricating custom steering links, or designing a one-of-a-kind linkage system, these rod ends provide the flexibility to make it happen.
Like every RPM rod end, we reinforce the high-stress areas, mold them from our trademark engineering-grade nylon and hold them to exceptionally tight tolerances for smooth, consistent operation.
They also include an oversized hex for easy installation along with a small recess that allows steeper operating angles without binding. The result is a rod end that moves freely through a wider range of motion while maintaining the strength and durability RPM customers have trusted for more than 30 years.

Tech Notes: RPM 4-40 rod ends are designed for 4-40 (or 3mm) turnbuckle threads and 0.169″ (4.3mm) ball studs and replace Losi #A-6005. They will not work with 0.189″ (4.8mm) balls.
