Bearing Blaster
Blast away debris from your bearings and extend bearing life with the RPM Bearing Blaster! This simple, two piece tool, works with your favorite cleaning agent, such as Motor Spray, WD-40, electrical contact cleaner, etc. (any cleaner that is pressurized and has a directional spray tube). The RPM Bearing Blaster has an open, flow through design that eliminates back-pressure problems which also permits more efficient elimination of dirt and grit from the bearings being cleaned. This tool uses hand pressure to hold the bearing in place during cleaning which means easier access to the bearings and makes cleaning bearings much quicker. By using hand pressure, you will know for sure the cleaning agent is passing through the bearing and not around it. The Bearing Blaster works with all bearings* with a minimum I.D. of 1/8" (3mm.) and a maximum O.D. of 3/4" (19mm.). Standing at a mere 1-1/8" tall and 1-3/4" in diameter, it will be the smallest, most effective tool in your tool box! Pro-Bond Tire Fixture

The Pro-Bond Tire Fixtures are perfect for all of those people that are tired of getting glue all over their new tires, wheels, and fingers every time they bond their new tires to the wheels. This is accomplished by breaking the bead of the tire more uniformly than ever before. The tire is placed inside of a base piece while a push ring is placed over the top of the tire. By pushing on the push ring, the bead separates from the wheel uniformly. Once the user places the glue, pressure is released from the push ring and the bead re-seats itself more consistently than with any other method. This method, using the RPM Pro-Bond Tire Fixture, will provide the user with the best and truest running tires ever!

Tech Note: The #81280 tire fixture will work with most 2.2" truck tires that are a maximum of 4-1/4" in diameter.

Motor Work Station

Introducing the best product designed to help the bench mechanic with practically any electric R/C motor-related maintenance. Our Motor Work Station includes a stable base with two motor "clamps" and a motor coupling tube. Using one clamp mounted in the base, the Motor Work Station can hold a motor horizontally for such things as solder connections, or fan-type break-in and cooling. It then quickly converts to the vertical position for brush maintenance, solder connections, or cleaning of motors using any number of cleaning solutions. (Our Motor Work Station is impervious to all types of motor sprays.) The second motor clamp is provided in the kit to allow bench mechanics to do opposed motor break-ins where a drive motor is positioned opposite a new motor and then joined together with the included coupling tube. By using a drive motor, the mechanic can condition a new motor to extend its life as well as increase performance by conditioning the brushes and bearings while spinning the armature without the heat or arcing of the brushes normally associated with fan type break-in procedures. When not in use, the two clamps tuck neatly and compactly into its rugged base for easy and compact storage. The base and clamps are all made from RPM’s bulletproof nylons. In addition, RPM designed the Motor Work Station to elevate the motor(s) off of the work bench during maintenance to eliminate the possibility of debris getting pulled into the motor due to air flow and the magnetic attraction of the motor.
