Normal RPM business hours are as follows;
Mon. - Thurs. from 7:00 am. to 5:30 pm. PST
Fri. - Sun. Closed

Attachments: Please do not send attachments with e-mails such as .PDF .EXE .DOC or .BAT files. Additionally, if you feel it necessary to send a photo, please keep the file size to under 100K .JPG files only. If you send attachments other than what is specified here, there is the strong possibility the e-mail will get picked up by our spam filters and be deleted without ever being read.

Any e-mails received after Thursday morning may not receive a reply until as late as the following Tuesday or Wednesday, depending upon the volume of e-mails received over the weekend. We are closed most normal holidays, and e-mail volume is quite large during those times, so please be extra patient with us when waiting for a response. Thank you.
